Take 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of olive oil, mix well and rub this on elbow and knees. And massage your hands and legs for 3 minutes and rest for 10 minutes. Wash your hands and legs with lukewarm water.

Coconut oil and Besan flour massage
Heat 5 teaspoons of coconut oil. Apply the oil to hands and legs and massage well. Rest for 15 minutes and wash your hands and legs with besan flour.

While using hard detergent soap for washing dishes wear rubber gloves. This will protect your hands from getting damaged.
While going for a gym workout and while driving vehicles wear respective gloves. This will protect your hands from getting hardened and keep your hand soft.
Massage your feet with milk cream on adding a pinch of turmeric to it. This keeps your feet smooth.
