Stay healthy avoiding these foods in summer

During the summer season, our body gets affected mostly. Our skin, hair, and health get affected. Let us look into some foods that we should avoid to keep our body fit and healthy.



Avoid “dry foods”, like grilled foods, barbecue, tikka, etc. These foods contain more spices, oil, and salt which upset the stomach and cause indigestion to us.



Avoid taking too much red meat, burger, pizza, cake, pastries, bread, and baked foods.



Do not intake oily and deep-fried foods, junk foods, French fries, and other foods. Too much oily and fried foods increase heat in your body and reduce the water level in the body. Hence your body becomes dehydrated and dried.



Avoid eating chicken, pineapple, pickles, appalam, sausages, chilies, ragi, etc. These foods produce too much heat in the body. Hence, it is more beneficial to avoid these foods.

Adding chilies to your food generates more heat in your body. Hence, taking more amount of chilies in your food during the summer season is not good for health. Maybe a very little amount of chilies can be added to the food.



 Dry grapes, nuts also causes heat in your body. Hence munching of these foods in large amounts is also not good for your health.



Also, drinking ice tea, cold coffee, tea, coffee, cold drinks, soft drinks, carbonated drinks, canned and preserved juices, and drinks reduce the water level in your body. Hence, avoid these foods in summer.

Foods like pepper, ginger, garlic, potatoes, broccoli, mango, mustard, ajwain, asafoetida, can be taken in small portions during the summer season. Also, masalas and spices should be taken in smaller portions.
