Take a balanced diet
Consume an equal amount of fruits, vegetables, nuts in your diet. Take whole grains, spinach, and fibrous fruits and vegetables. Include food rich in vitamin C.
Say no to these
Avoid high glycemic foods like chocolates, white bread, cake, bakery products, white sugar, and refined foods. Also, when you get pimples don’t press or pinch it. Pinching or pressing the pimples leads bacteria and pus moving deeper into the skin, and results in more pimples and black marks on your skin.
Moisturizing is important
When you get too many wrinkles and pimples on your skin, this indicates that your skin is drying. So, moisturize your skin. Drinking plenty of water keeps your body hydrated and moisturizes the skin. Also, choose and use the right moisturizer.
Get rid of your pimples
Take 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of tomato juice. Mix it and apply it on your face. Rest for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse off with cold water. Practice it daily so the skin gets a shiny look and pores will get cleared without dust.
Get rid of suntan
Take 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, mix it, and apply on face. Rest for 30 minutes and rinse off with cold water. Do it once a week. This reduces the suntan and gives equal color for the skin.
