and wash them in the morning.
Remove your mascara before going bed

mascara from the eyelashes before going bed. Following this step is healthy way

buy a throw-away mascara wand that limits bacteria.
Eggs
Eggs are rich in protein that keeps your eyelashes thicker and longer.
Egg contains zinc, iron, copper, vitamins etc.
Beat one egg and add one teaspoon of glycerin to it. Apply this gel on
your eyelashes using an old mascara wand or using a cotton swab. Wash your eyes
after 10 to 15 minutes. Follow this procedure twice a week for better results.
Have a healthy and proper diet
Having a proper, healthy and a balanced diet is a very important step in
making your eye lashes to grow thicker and longer. As always, a balanced diet includes
all necessary nutrients that are required by your body.
Include and eat a plenty of fresh fruits and fresh vegetables in your
diet. Include green vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, cabbage etc.
Consume whole grains and protein rich foods. And also have nuts, seeds,
sprouts etc. that makes your body energetic and feel fresh.
