Using a straightener to dry hair, may break the hair and damage the hair. Also, using straightener when hair is completely wet is not good. Hence, keep the hair slightly moisturized on using these devices. While doing straightener do keep the ceramic plates on hair for a long time, when too much heat is produced the hair will be broken and damaged.
Buy a branded product. In parlor mostly 1500 to 2000 watts dryer will be used. But when buying for home 400 watts is a good choice as we use them frequently.
While buying the dryer, buy a hairdryer with these sets of hot, warm, and cold modes. The hot and warm mode can be used in winter and rainy season likewise; cool mode can be used in the summer season.
The machine which has a thermostat is good. Because while using the dryer heat will be produced and will not exceed more when we have thermostat option in the dryer. First, we need to dry the hair with a towel and then should use dryer.
While using the dryer near roots, using warm and cool mode button is the best choice. While using the hot mode option the hair roots will be damaged.
Likewise, we shouldn’t continuously do straightening or ironing the hair. Because too much of heat exposure damages the hair and lead to hair breaking. Hence we can limit it to 2 months once.
