You may feel tired since you intake only liquid foods.

In the detox diet, we intake supplementary food and foods to clean the intestine which may sometimes result in vomiting, stomach upset, outgoing urine, and excreta many times.
Lastly, a detox diet is not highly recommended to children, teens, old aged people, pregnant women, and diabetic patients.

Instead of spending too much money on buying products for detox diet from the market you can eat fresh fruits and vegetables and can intake curd, and fermented rice which has naturally probiotic properties and foods like, whole grains, garlic, onion, banana, oats, etc. Also, when following any diet, proper exercise should be followed to maintain a healthy body.
