Cold and Cough……Know the Causes and Factors to Prevent them from your Body

In this world, we have found vaccination for several diseases but why not for cold still? Have you ever thought about it? It is not so easy to find a vaccination for cold. You know why? Because in a study, they have found that nearly 200 viruses from 8 different families cause cold.



To control and cure cold vitamin C is mostly used worldwide. Hence, consuming fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamin C like orange, kiwi, lemon, guava, grapefruit, papaya, strawberries, cantaloupe (muskmelon) and vegetables like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, tomato, sweet potato, cauliflower, green and red peppers, spinach, turnip, cabbage, and other leafy greens can be taken. Intake of too much vitamin C tablets and too much vitamin C is not good for health. A balanced diet should be followed. Sometimes, consuming too much vitamin C tablets can cause the formation of kidney stones.

Smoking and drinking should be prohibited. Smokers should at least stop smoking in the rainy season. In the nasal cavity, there are tiny hairs called Cilia are present. Try to be present in open air space with good ventilation, staying in places which are congested and are not with good ventilation can make your body affected with microbes and germs through breathing and can cause cold.

Wash your hands frequently. Washing hands with soap are much better. People affected with cold must wash their hands frequently. People affected with cold should keep their things neat and clean. Eat and drink healthy hot foods. Do steaming and gargle and blow your nose.
