Summer Beauty Tips with Simple Home Remedies

Whenever summer comes, we get worried about our skincare, haircare, health, and wellness.

  1. Drink more amount of water compared to the daily amount of water you drink. This keeps your body hydrated and keeps your skin moisturized.
  2. Choose the moisturizer that is suitable for your skin.
  3. Always carry a water bottle with you whenever you go out. Take glucose also it provides energy to you.
  4. Take 4 teaspoons of fenugreek and soak in warm water for 2 hours. Grind the soaked fenugreek with curd. Apply on the head and wash.
  5. Use makeup remover or coconut oil or aloe vera gel to remove makeup before going to sleep. Wear a cotton dress, lightweight dresses, light colors during summer. Avoid dark-colored dresses.
  6. Consume more amount of watermelon, cucumber, and other watery fruits and vegetables. This cools your body.
